1. How do I place a custom order?
You can start by filling out our custom design request form or contacting us directly with your idea. We'll work closely with you to bring your vision to life and provide a quote before moving forward.
2. How long does it take to create a custom design?
Custom design timelines vary based on complexity, but most orders are completed within 3–7 business days. We’ll provide an estimated turnaround time once we review your request. For bulk orders please let us know 30 days or more in advance to allow for turnaround time.
3. Can I see a proof before my order is finalized?
Absolutely! We provide digital proofs for all custom orders. We won’t move forward with production until you’ve approved the final design.
4. Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, rush options are available for an additional fee. Contact us to check availability based on your timeline.
5. What file types do you accept for custom designs?
We accept most file types including JPG, PNG, SVG, PDF, and AI. If you're unsure, feel free to send what you have and we’ll let you know if we need anything else.
6. Can I make changes to my design after ordering?
Minor changes can usually be accommodated before production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any adjustments.
7. Do you accept returns on custom items?
Due to the personalized nature of custom products, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
9. What types of custom products do you offer?
We specialize in customs [mugs, tumblers. onesies, shirts; hoodies included, etc.]. If you have a unique idea, we’re happy to explore it with you.
